Unfortunately we are unable to send you any brochures /catalogues, as there are so many brochures and catalogues from different suppliers to choose from and too may requests to send out.

Our parcels are sent to you by Parcelforce. The driver will deliver your item(s) to your door.Your order should arrive the next working day after the despatch email has been sent by us. If there is a delay with delivery, we will contact you to advise you why there is a delay. Unfortunately we are unable to arrange an exact time for your delivery.
We recommend that you use a qualified electrician to assemble your fittings and wait until you have received all your Item(s) and you are satisfied with your order. We hope that you will receive your Item(s) in perfect condition, however because some item(s) are delicate and fragile occasionally breakages and damages can occur in transit.
We request that all cancelled orders must be put in writing. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org If you change your mind, you will need to pay the costs of returning the item(s) if you have already received them. Please send them back to us, as per our returns policy.
You need to check your order within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) and contact us immediately should there be a problem or if the item(s) is/are faulty. We will then arrange to send out a replacement as soon as possible.
To return your item(s) you need to contact us immediately and we will arrange for the Item(s) to be returned to us. If it is faulty and you do not wish to have a replacement or we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will refund you your purchase costs and the costs for returning the items too.
However you may need to pay the initial costs for returning the item(s), but we will arrange to reimburse any reasonable costs.

You should check your order within 48 hours of delivery. If there is something missing, you should contact us immediately and we will arrange to replace it.
You can pay by all major and credit and debit cards, we can also take payments through Paypal and Sagepay. If you would prefer to pay by other means e.g cheque or cash, please contact us to see what we can do.
All are fittings come with a minimum 12 month guarantee. Unfortunately light bulbs/ Lamps are not guaranteed, as some light switches or dimmers can cause early lamp failure and also a power surge or a spike in the electricity supply can cause the bulbs/ lamps to blow. Please note that many outside lights cannot be guaranteed if installed within 7 miles of the coast. Any light bulbs /lamps that are damaged on arrival however will be replaced free of charge.
We will need some details to process your order. The address the Item(s) will be delivered to (this must be the same as the cardholder's address), your email, your telephone number and some payment details.
We use the email address to send you confirmation of your order. We take your phone number just in case there's a problem with your order and we need to contact you urgently.
We do not disclose your information to any third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order processing (i.e. our despatch partners). In this case, they will not pass on these details to anyone else.
